A cubic yard is a measure of volume—3'x3'x3'. That’s roughly the size of a clothes dryer. We use cubic yards to describe how much our large containers can hold.

Our friendly drivers start their day early, so please have your carts and bins out by 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day—or the night before, if you’re not a morning person! We aim to come by around the same time each pickup, but with crazy weather, unpredictable traffic, and potential mechanical mishaps, your pickup time might vary from week to week.

Once the truck has come and gone, don’t forget to move your empty bins & carts off the curb by midnight in line with local ordinances.

Remember, all your carts go out on the same day of the week. Your big green and little red recycling containers will be emptied every week. We pick up your gray yard debris cart every other week. And the blue trash cart is emptied either weekly or biweekly, depending on your service plan. Check your collection schedule here.

Do not try to get a mattress into your bin—seriously, you might throw out your back! Better option? Call our office or email us. For a super reasonable fee, we’ll haul away your old sofa, mattress, shelving, or any other bulky thing you want out. Our bulk item removal starts at just $27.50.

Seven days, but you can always request to have it longer for a small additional fee if we have availability!

Please don’t place computers, monitors, TVs, tablets, printers or battery charging packs in your trash or recycling carts or at the curb. These items require special handling and cannot be collected via your regular curbside service. Oregon has had a disposal ban on electronics since January 2010. Please visit oregonecycles.org to find local free recycling options for electronic items.

Your current bill is due on the 15th of the month. Unpaid bills that are thirty days past due incur a finance charge computed at the rate of .75% monthly (which comes out to an Annual Percentage Rate of 9%), with a $1.00 minimum charge.
